- To establish an effective monitoring system to ensure that the services and programmes promised by the Government are effectively implemented by the relevant agencies.
- To organise regular dialogue sessions with relevant community organisations in gathering feedback and to disseminate progress reports.

What took you and MIC so long to look into this matter. These matters should have been your foremost interest long long ago and not when many indians shun MIC. What ever you have mentioned was carried out but to what extent and most importantly to whose benefit or interest?
This are the actions MIC planed for next 5 years. To make it more effectif. MIC got the peoples msg. This 10 action plans is the answer to that. So let everybody keep a check on it. Let we all see how its implemented and how far it reaches.
